COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese

Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside. Combine flour, sugar, salt, butter, and cottage cheese. Stir in yeast and 1 unbeaten egg into mixture. Mix well and let rise until doubled. Form into rolls by rolling dough into strips and tying in a loop. Let rise 1/2 hour. Bake on sheet in 400 degree oven 10 minutes.
