CORNED - BEEF DINNER 
4 lb. corned beef
2 onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
Potatoes
Carrots
Cabbage

Place corned beef in Dutch oven; barely cover with water. Add onions, garlic and seasonings. Cover, simmer about 1 hour per pound or until fork tender. Remove meat and seasonings from liquid. Add desired amount of potatoes, carrots and cabbage. Cook until done.
