GROUND BEEF DINNER 
2 lbs. ground beef
3 or 4 med. sized onions
7 or 8 med. sized potatoes
1 can either cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Make ground beef into patties and line in casserole on bottom and alternate with a layer of potatoes, onions and meat. Pour soup over casserole and 1 can water or less and salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour until done.
