APPLE STRUDEL 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. oil
3 lbs. sliced apples
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. bread crumbs (optional)

Mix flour, salt, oil and water. Knead dough until smooth. Place in oiled bowl and cover; rest dough for an hour. Stretch dough on floured table cloth (45x50 inch). Should be paper thin. Brush with melted butter. Spread apples over 3/4 of the dough. Sprinkle sugar and bread crumbs and dash of cinnamon. Roll up as a jelly roll. Place on well greased large pan. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
