FRESH ORANGE MOLD 
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. orange juice
1 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. (5 to 6 med.) fresh orange sections
1/2 c. flake coconut

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in medium bowl; stir in orange juice. Cool mixture in refrigerator, stirring occasionally. When cooled, stir in evaporated milk. Chill to consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Cut orange sections into 1/2-inch pieces. Stir orange pieces and coconut into thickened gelatin mixture. Pour into 5-cup mold. Chill 3 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving platter.
