MARINATED CRACKED CRAB 
3 med. to lg. crabs
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 lg. onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 lemon

Pour oil and vinegar into mixing bowl. Slice onion into rings and add to bowl, along with seasonings and lemon juice. Stir well. Place crab in container and pour marinade over the crab. Cover and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 6.
