LADY BALTIMORE CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat (take out bones)
2 slices bread, slightly stale
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. mustard
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all above together. Add crab meat. Form into patties (8). Brown in frying pan with butter, or vegetable oil or olive oil. Set on paper towels to drain.
