CHICKEN NORMANDY 
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli normandy vegetables
2 c. egg noodles
4-6 slices American cheese
Salt
Black pepper

Boil chicken breasts until done. Remove breasts from broth and save broth to cook noodles. Remove chicken from bone and cut into large chunks. Cook noodles in saved broth. Drain well.

Cook frozen vegetable in small amount of water until vegetables are tender. Mix chicken, vegetables, noodles and can of cream of chicken soup together. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Put mixture in ovenproof casserole dish. Place cheese slices on top and cook in 350 degree oven until cheese is well melted.
