CHICKEN OR TURKEY HOTDISH 
1/2 bag of 16 oz. egg noodles, cooked
3 to 4 c. cooked cut up chicken or turkey
1 (16 oz.) can chow mein vegetables, drained
1 (10 oz.) frozen peas
Green pepper, chopped
1/4 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese (or more)
1 can water chestnuts, drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken broth with rice

Mix the soups together before pouring over and mixing with other ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees.
