SOUR CREAM AND CHIVE STUFFED
POTATOES
 
4 baking potatoes
4 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. chives (dried)
Salt and pepper

Microwave the whole potatoes until done per microwave baked potato directions. Split potatoes into halves. Scoop out potatoes from peel shell. Mash potatoes, sour cream and chives in a large mixing bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon potato mixture into peel shells. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Makes 8 potato halves.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
