CHEESE & CHIVE POTATOES | |
4 c. cubed potatoes 1 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. chopped chives 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. minced onion Paprika Cook potatoes with salt until tender, drain. Place potatoes in shallow greased 2 quart casserole. Heat milk and cream cheese, stir until cheese melts. Add chives and next 3 ingredients; pour mixture over potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh chives. |
