RHUBARB CAKE | |
1 yellow or white cake mix 4 c. rhubarb, thinly chopped 1 pt. (heavy) whipping cream 1 c. sugar Prepare cake mix according to package; pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle on top of cake batter (before baking) the 4 cups of rhubarb. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over rhubarb and then pour the whipping cream over that. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cake is done when springs up when lightly touched. Refrigerate any leftovers. |
