RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
2 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Mix yellow cake as directed on box for a 9x13 inch pan. Put diced rhubarb on top of batter and sprinkle sugar on top. Pour whipping cream (not whipped) over sugar. Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool about 10 to 15 minutes and turn over on cookie sheet.
