HOT ANTIPASTO 
2 cans artichoke hearts, quartered
2 cans potatoes, sliced
2 jars roasted red peppers, sliced
1 can black olives, sliced
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. oil

Mix all ingredients well. Bake in 13x9 glass dish 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

Nice casserole to bring to picnics -- sure to be a BIG hit!
