EASY LASAGNE (MICROWAVE) 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 lasagne noodles, uncooked
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced or grated
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In large glass bowl, crumble ground beef. Set power select at High for 2 or 3 minutes; stir once. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Meanwhile, combine Ricotta cheese, egg and pepper. In 2 quart oblong baking dish, spoon 1/2 cup sauce. Alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 2 layers. Cover with plastic wrap. Set power select at High for 8 minutes and medium-low for 30 to 32 minutes. Rotate twice. Noodles should be tender. Top with Parmesan cheese; let stand, covered, 15 minutes before serving. About 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
