VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked & drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can green beans, drained
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of asparagus soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. poultry stuffing
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Stir all ingredients and put in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Then sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese over top and bake 8 more minutes.
