VEGGIE PIZZA 
1 pizza crust recipe (this book)

FILLING:

1 c. water
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. garlic
1 tsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil

Mix above and simmer for short time. Pour on crust. Top with chopped green peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives, fat free cheese (add turkey sausage, if desired, cooked and drained).

Cook in 400 degree oven until veggies and crust are done.
