EASY CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 packages cherry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 orange (juice & rind)
1 pound 4 ounce can crushed pineapple

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce; stir well. Add orange juice, rind (finely chopped), and pineapple. Chill until set.

Yields 10 - 12 servings.
