CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 c. butter, melted
2 c. brown sugar or 1 c. white and 1 c. brown
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
6 qts. (24 c.) popped popcorn

Bring butter, sugar, syrup and salt to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring for 5 minutes. Take off heat. Stir in soda and vanilla. Stir in popcorn. Put on pan and bake 250 degrees 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes and after cooling.
