CARAMEL POPCORN 
16 c. popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda

Boil for 5 minutes, except popcorn and cream of tartar. Put cream of tartar in after 5 minutes, then pour over popcorn; stir until well coated. Put it on 2 cookie sheets and bake at 250 degrees for 1/2 an hour.
