CARAMEL CORN 
8 to 9 qts. popped popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda - add last

Boil all together except corn and soda. Stir in soda. Pour over popcorn and mix. Place on cookie sheets or in roaster. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir 2 or 3 times.
