CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 tbsp. vanilla

Boil butter, sugar and syrup for 5 minutes. Then add vanilla and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Stir hard.

8 qts. popcorn

Pour over popcorn. Mix and put in cake pans. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees and stir every 15 minutes.
