LINDA'S CARAMEL POPCORN | |
2 sticks butter 2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. white corn syrup 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar 6-7 qt. popped corn Cook butter, sugar and corn syrup for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add the next 3 ingredients. Mix with popped corn and bake for about 1 hour at 200 degrees. Stir occasionally. Store in airtight containers. Makes a great anytime gift. |
