LEMON SOUFFLE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 lemon
2 eggs
1 c. milk

mix thoroughly first 3 ingredients. Add juice and grated rind of lemon. Add egg yolks, well beaten and milk. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in pan of hot water at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until done. (When inserted knife comes out clean.)
