ELEGANT LEMON-CREAM SOUFFLE 
3 oz. lady fingers, split
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. grated lemon zest
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Line bottom and sides of a 2 1/2 quart souffle dish or straight side bowl with lady fingers, placing rounded sides of lady fingers toward outside of dish; set aside.

Combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon zest and juice and stir well. Fold in 2/3 of whipped cream. Spoon into dish. Top with remaining whipped cream. Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
