12 HOUR SLAW 
Chop and mix:

1 green pepper
1 sm. onion
1 grated carrot
1/2 c. sugar

Prepare dressing in pan:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. salad oil

Boil 3 minutes. Add to cabbage mixture. Cover and let stand 12 hours. Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
