CREAMY COLE SLAW 
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. honey mustard
2 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 green cabbage, shredded
1 red cabbage, shredded
1 c. scallions, chopped

Whisk first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Add mayonnaise and sour cream and whisk until smooth. Add both cabbages and onions to bowl and toss and coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serves 8.
