COMPANY STRATA 
12 slices white bread
12 oz. sharp cheese, sliced
2 c. diced fully cooked ham
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

From 12 slices of bread cut 12 inch doughnuts and holes. Fit bread scrapes (crusts removed) in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Layer ham and cheese over bread. Arrange "doughnuts and holes" a top.

Combine eggs, milk, onion, salt, dry mustard. Pour over bread. Cover. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 12.

Great for entertaining overnight guests or on holiday mornings.
