COMPANY BEST MEATBALLS 
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. shortening
1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 can cream of potato soup
2/3 c. water

Combine egg and milk; beat slightly. Add bread crumbs, onion and stir until moistened. Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Mix well and shape into small meatballs and brown in shortening. Pour off drippings and combine soup with water, pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
