CHICKEN BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
2 c. Minute Rice, cooked
1 can Cheddar cheese soup or grated cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken or ham may be substituted

Saute celery and onions in butter in skillet. Mix with remaining ingredients in bowl. Pour into 9x13 baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until bubbly. Yields 12 servings.
