BROCCOLI RICE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. Minute rice
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped

Partially thaw broccoli and put in baking dish. Stir rest of ingredients and half of cheese together and put on broccoli. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serves 6.
