SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. sausage, mild
2 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. raw rice
2 pkgs. Lipton chicken noodle soup (1 box)

Fry sausage and drain fat. Add celery and onion and cook 15-20 minutes. Cook rice and soup together; boil 20 minutes. Mix all together in 9x13 pan. Bake 40 minuets at 375 degrees.
