VERAS GREEN SALAD 
1 lg and 1 sm. pkg. lime jello

Prepare Jello as directed; using pineapple juice as part of liquid. Let chill until following ingredients do not float when added. 1 med. carrot, grated 2 stalks celery, finely chopped 1 can crushed pineapple, drained 1 med. red apple, chopped with peeling left on for color 3 pkgs. Equal (more if desired) 1 tbsp. lemon juice

When Jello is ready, add above ingredients and mix until evenly distributed.
