OVEN CREAMED POTATOES 
3 1/2 c. cooked, diced potatoes

WHITE SAUCE:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese

Place potatoes in a casserole dish and cover with white sauce prepared in the following way: Combine butter, flour, salt and pepper over low heat. Add the milk and horseradish. Cook until sauce bubbles. Remove from heat and add cubed cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
