CREAM OF POTATO SOUP 
1 1/2 qts. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 med. chopped onion
6 med. diced potatoes
1 can evaporated milk
Vegemeat or substitutes soy sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 diced green pepper

Pare and dice potatoes. Add onions, water, and salt with meat substitute. Boil until tender. Add rest of ingredients, except milk. Continue boiling until vegetables are tender. Add milk and heat and serve.
