DUTCH HONEY BREAD 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. brown sugar
4 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 c. milk
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves

Thoroughly mix sugar, honey, and milk. Sift dry ingredients; add to sugar mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour into 2 paper-lined and greased bread pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until firm. Slice thin and serve buttered. Yields 20 servings.
