DUTCH HONEY BREAD 
Oven temperature: 325 degrees.

Convection oven: 275 degrees.

2 loaf pans

3 tbsp. honey
1 lb. brown sugar - can use 1/2 lb. brown sugar & 1/2 lb. honey + 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. milk
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves

Combine honey, brown sugar, milk. Beat well. Gradually add flour, soda, salt, baking powder and spices. Bake 1 hour.

This is great served warm or toasted for breakfast.
