OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1/4 c. butter
20-25 Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 to 1/2 c. Milnot
1 c. powdered sugar

Melt 1/4 cup butter. Crumble up to 20-25 Oreo cookies; add to melted butter. Spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread ice cream on crumbs.

TOPPING:

Melt chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons butter; add Milnot and powdered sugar. Cook 5 minutes, beating with beater until smooth. Dribble over ice cream. Freeze and cut into squares for serving.
