OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
15 oz. bag Oreo cookies
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. instant pudding (chocolate or vanilla)

Crush all Oreo cookies, put half in bottom of 9"x13" cake pan. Melt butter and pour over cookies in pan. Refrigerate 1 hour. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 the Cool Whip together. Pour over crust. Add pudding (prepared by directions on box) and top with remainder of Cool Whip. Sprinkle rest of cookies on top and cool 1 hour.
