CRAZY CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
3/4 c. salad oil
2 c. water
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag miniature marshmallows

Mix dry ingredients and make a well for liquids and water. Beat with a spoon. Don't over beat. Spread mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Spread marshmallows on top and put back in oven until melted.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring the sugar, butter, and milk to a boil. Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Do not beat. Spread on cooled cake.
