3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
8 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Sift first 3 ingredients into 9x13 inch cake pan. Make 3 holes. Mix next 3 ingredients and pour into holes. Pour water all over everything. Mix thoroughly with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Ice with favorite icing.
