3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. cocoa

Mix in an ungreased 9"x13" pan. Make 3 holes in the mixture. In the first hole add 1 teaspoon vanilla. In second add 2 tablespoons vinegar. In third add 1/3 cup oil. Pour 2 cups water over all. Blend with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
