3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
12 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Sift all dry ingredients into large bowl. Make three big holes in dry ingredients, add vinegar, oil and vanilla in each hole. Pour cold water over mixture and stir with fork until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
