SUGAR CRISP PECANS 
1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Beat egg whites and water until foamy but not dry or stiff. Pour in pecans and stir until all are coated. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon. Pour over pecans, stirring until coated well. Place on cookie sheet and bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes with spatula.
