SUGARED PECANS WITH FRUIT JUICE 
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
5/8 c. milk
1/2 tbsp. butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1 orange
Grated rind of both
4 c. pecans

Mix sugar and flour well. Add milk and butter and let boil. Add juice and rind. Cook until mixture forms soft ball when dropped in cup of cold water. Pour over pecans. Beat until creamy and nuts fall apart. Turn out on brown paper, separate with 2 forks.
