SUGARED PECANS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. pecan halves

Mix sugar, sour cream and butter. Cook over slow flame until it forms a softball when dropped in cold water. Add vanilla and cinnamon and pour over pecans on foil or waxed paper. Separate nuts and let stand until firm and crisp.
