SUGARLESS CAKE 
1 box raisins
1 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 box dates
2 c. hot water
1 tsp. allspice
8 tsp. Sweet-N-Low (24 pkg.)
4 c. plain flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
15 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, chopped

In a sauce pan mix raisins, butter, cinnamon, cloves, dates, hot water, allspice and Sweet and Low. Bring to a boil for 8 minutes. Allow to cool. Then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased and floured pan. Bake for 50 minutes at 325 degrees.
