MAGIC ORANGE CUPS 
1 1/2 tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
2 beaten egg yolks
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. orange juice
1 c. milk
Dash of salt
2 egg whites beaten stiff

Cream shortening, sugar and orange peel. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add flour and salt with orange juice and milk. Fold in egg whites. Pour in greased custard cups. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 45 minutes.
