CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 c. Jiffy baking mix
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. soft butter
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch pan or muffin pan. Blend baking mix and milk. Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix and knead about 20 times. Pat or roll 1/4 inch thick rectangle, 8x14 inches. Spread with soft butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Roll as for jelly roll. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Place in prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes.

Serve warm. If desired, while warm, dip rolls in syrup and roll in chopped pecans. Bake 5 minutes. Serve warm.
