AUTUMN PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 3/4 c. mashed, cooked or canned pumpkin 1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk (15 oz.) 1 egg 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. ginger 1 c. hot water Mix. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Pour ingredients into pastry lined pie pan. Bake 50-55 minutes. |
